Headquartered in Delhi, RS Valuation Services Pvt Ltd (RSV) is registered as a registered valuer entity (RVE) with the Insolvency Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) under all asset categories of valuation and is also approved by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) as Management Consultancy and Services (MCS) company. Currently in India, for carrying out valuations under the Companies Act 2013 and IBC, registration with IBBI is mandatory. For valuation of other purposes, registration with IBBI is desirable.
