(RSV) is a Valuer Entity Registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India under section 247 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with sub-rule (2) of rule 6 of the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017 for all classes of vis Securities & Financial Assets (SFA), Land & Building (L&B), and Plant & Machinery (P&M) having Registration No. IBBI/RV-E/14/2021/147
RSV is formed by unique high spirited experts consisting of Chartered Accountants and Engineers who are dedicated to the finance profession with specialization in Valuation and experience working in leading consultancy organizations in India & overseas. We specialize in the discipline of valuation of, business, assets- tangible & intangible, Real Properties, Plant & Machinery, etc. for the purposes like financial reporting, transactions, M&A, PPA, disputes, IBC, and compliances. Ours is a performance-oriented internal knowledge management system coupled with a decentralized chain of command having an ambiance of mutual respect and amity which sets our company apart from others. Regulators and other stakeholders are concerned about complex valuations like the valuation of complex capital structure businesses, intangible assets, and financial instruments. Corporates are becoming more intangible-intensive than they were twenty years before, and complex financial instruments are being used even by early-stage companies. IP-based lending has already taken shape in developed economies and this is going to be a dominant lending practice in India considering its growth targets. RSV promoters helped in bringing the best business valuation practices in India to thousands of professionals interested in valuation either as a practitioner or end-user. In 2008, one of the promoters of RSV made a significant contribution in designing and delivering the first valuation course of India for the ICAI. Currently, he is contributing to the valuation ecosystem as a course director of the valuation course at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA). The leadership of RSV’s team in knowledge valorisation is evident as the valuation course of the IICA has become the gold standard of valuation within a short span of three years.
